Messages from real customers, quoted exactly as they were written — spelling, emoji and all. Names, phone numbers and addresses are removed; the emirate, the month and the item ordered are kept.

Short messages customers send when the parcel arrives — kept because together they show where we actually deliver.
Our Trustpilot profile is open to anyone: trustpilot.com/review/noir-uae.com. It holds fewer reviews than this page — most customers in this category prefer to stay off a public profile, which is exactly why the messages above are anonymised.
ملفنا على Trustpilot متاح للجميع: trustpilot.com/review/noir-uae.com.
113 conversation screenshots, redacted. The earlier ones are from our Instagram account under the shop’s previous name — same operator, same courier network, trading since 2019. Delivery terms in those old chats are the terms of that time, not today’s.
